Sushi Knife
The ultra-thin and single-bevel Sushi Knife is embellished and designed by traditional Japanese Yanagiba blade style.
The blade is 10.4″ long and overall 16.5″. The material used is a no-stain, high carbon, razor-sharp 7Cr17 stainless steel resistant to discoloration, corrosion, and rust. The blade type is straight while the style is smooth.
The Sushi Knife has been manufactured using traditional wenge wood handle which is unique, durable and non-slip.
