These chef knives come with a beautiful hand-crafted Resin handle. The chef knives are made of high carbon 67 layers Damascus steel with VG-10 SUPER cutting core, with an HRC rating of 60 it can provide a much sharper, harder edge and stay sharp for up to 10x longer than an average stainless steel chef knife. The VG-10 core is clad in 66 layers of stainless steel Damascus to protect it.
